I have been here since April 1999. I do the Project Coordination for CCS jobs (Requisitions/Travelers/Technical Services/Checklist for Shipping/Parts List), and I handle most of the pre-engineered conveyor/spiral orders for Accusort, WIC and Siebold. I do the Project Coordination duties as well the schedules/matrix for the pre engineered jobs.

I was hired at Carter Control Systems in May 1992 after graduating from college. I started out with CCS as a mechanical design engineer. After getting more involved at the project level, my responsibilities turned towards mechanical system designs. That work included mechanical system layouts, parts procurement, and subcontractor coordination. I also began estimating mechanical system solutions. Eventually I got involved with project management. Today I am part of the CCS management team overseeing mechanical systems engineering, project management, and estimating.

As CFO of CCS, I am involved in guiding our global strategy and business operations and ensuring that the financial and human resources are appropriately aligned to execute the company's business objectives. I have more than 20 years of successful operations, strategy, and financial experience. Prior to joining the CCS Team in 2009, I was a key member of management teams in the commercial printing and publishing industries.

Controls Engineering and IT Manager

I have been employed with CCS for 16 years, starting in the shop building panels and equipment. I then began doing installations and commissioning in the field. From there, I took it upon myself to learn PLC programming. As customer requirements changed, CCS expanded into software, and I took responsibility for those efforts. I enjoy working at CCS because of the people and the family atmosphere, and because it allows me to constantly work with new and emerging technologies.

Assembler

I have been with CCS for 6 years, and work in the electrical shop. My main duty is to make the electrical sub-assemblies and panels (add terminal blocks, relays, jumpers, etc.). I also wire the panels and get them ready for the enclosures. I enjoy working in the shop and I am extremely proud of the panels we make.
Jodi Davis
Manager of Contract Administration

I have been at CCS for 12 years. My primary duty involves keeping all contract information up to date. I also perform higher level accounting functions, including month-end closings. I started in estimating and I still review the bids before they are submitted. I enjoy the fast paced nature of the business.
