Keeping your equipment fully operational is an important part of our commitment to quality service, and we make every effort to provide the necessary service and support to keep your system fully operational.

Even after the installation of a system, CCS can provide the necessary resources to work closely with your facility personnel.
Our field engineers and installers have an outstanding track record with regard to customer service and safety. And, we understand that problems with your system cause disruption to your operations. We will work with you to provide support that minimizes any disruption or downtime.
XWe provide 24/7 phone support for all of our equipment. Our normal Help Desk is available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday
through Friday. Help Desk calls are processed as quickly as possible, and we strive to answer even the most difficult technical support questions within 1 to 2 hours.
For calls outside of normal business hours, customers are prompted by our automated answering system and relayed to an on-call customer service representative or customer support technician. Normal response to after-hours calls is typically less than 2 hours.
