Learn MoreThe Lift Gate creates access to both sides of the conveyor. The Lift Gate incorporates powered-rollers along with idle rollers in a 30" zone setup to swiftly move your product across the gate.
Each zone contains an TPS (Tray Present Sensor) that detects any obstructions downstream and halts movement until it can be corrected. When the gate is lifted up, a sensor detects this and halts the conveyor line. When the gate is lowered into its operating position, the line resumes operation.
The Lift Gate is offered in two different designs. The Single Lift Gate, when lifted, provides a 30.5" opening. The Double Lift Gate, which as the name applies, consists of two separate gates aligned back-to-back providing a 60" opening for pallet or forklift access. In addition, each gate in a Double Lift Gate setup can be moved independently or at the same time.
