business requires, we implement single line and multiple line scanning
schemes to meet your needs. We supply the correct optical character
recognition and sophisticated vision systems needed to scan various
types of tags and barcodes, two and three-dimensional. Our applications
allow you the option of working within the USPS format as well.
Carter Control Systems incorporates electromagnetic force compensation
weighing technology in its weighing applications. Each scale bed is
mounted on four load cells, which are devices that use an elastic
material that is applied to an aluminum block. When pressure is
applied, the material changes its electrically resistive properties.
The weight on the item is determined from those changes and displayed
on a digital display.
Each scale is designed to be used standalone or can be integrated
into an in-motion system. In addition, a “Zero Pushbutton”
is standard with each scale setup, which calibrates the scale to
zero for the most accurate readings.
