Carter Flex™ Conveyor can expand from 23’ with 1.5” roller center to 64’ at 5” roller center, accommodating most conventional package sizes. This solution from CCS allows companies to quickly adjust the conveyor shape as floorspace availability changes.
Carter Flex™ Conveyor is designed for multiple units to interconnect using mating overmold connectors. Power and controls can be bussed from one 120VAC power source to multiple other units.
Our standard CarterFlex™ Conveyor operates in continuous accumulation mode. The conveyor will simply continue running until turned off by the operator.
CarterFlex™ is also available with zero-pressure accumulation as an add-on feature. Zero pressure accumulation, allows the product to accumulate along the entire carrying surface without contact.
